Apple News : IPhone 4S sold at the Apple store on Fifth Avenue, Manhattan, New York, United States, Friday (14/10) morning local time. A worker at the Apple store said many people were waiting outside the store since 15:00 local time the day before. They spend the night despite rain in order to get the first opportunity to buy a smart phone. Opened a new sales began Friday at 08.00 local time.
A total of 200 people were seen lining up outside the store. Some of them say they want to pay homage to Steve Jobs, Apple's long-time CEO. Jobs died of pancreatic cancer at the age of 56 years on October 5, 2011.
"I'm a fan of Steve, the iPhone 4S is the best work Steve. I would not buy an iPhone 5," said Jim Bedford, aged 30 years. "Maybe this is my last iPhone," he added.
People leave the image Steve, flowers and apples on the street to honor the founder of Apple. Some apples are written the words look like "Nice job" and "We will always remember you".
Tom White (50) claimed to have iPhone 1 and 3. Now, he says, it's time to replace with new.
The iPhone 4S operated seven times faster than its predecessor. This smart phone has a camera whose abilities improved. Apple reported more than one million orders early for the iPhone 4 S, so that through the estimates set by last year's model. The phone was sold on Friday in six other countries - Britain, Germany, France, Australia, Canada and Japan.
